Food handling management is delicate. Unfortunately, non-perishable food products cannot be returned if it’s not defective or have quality issues. All returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase date. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless they have some manufacturing defects. Once an order is processed and shipped, the products cannot be returned. For instance, no refund given because of change of mind, products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in their original condition, incorrect orders made by the recipient. If a product is returned within the allowable return period and responds to all the requirements, the refund will be returned to the original method of payment.
